Logistics

For many decades, Rotterdam has been one of the world’s largest sea ports. From the Rotterdam port, any destination in the world is frequently accessible. Just in the centre of all port activities and one of the world’s largest container terminals, Kiama Distribution has established its operation.

We do meet all requirements set by the Dutch and European authorities. On top of this, the warehouse is designated as a customs warehouse, meaning that both bonded and non-bonded products can be stored alike. To handle your orders quickly and efficiently, Kiama Distribution uses a sophisticated warehouse management system. This system helps us to pick and ship any order within agreed timeframes.

For any order leaving the warehouse, we ensure that the cargo is loaded safely and according to international regulations. Once the order is loaded we take care of all relevant documents. 

Survey

Do you have an order which needs to undergo inspection prior to loading? No problem at all. We work with a extensive network of survey companies like SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek and etcetera. They can carry out these inspections for us. Of course you can also appoint your own survey company to carry out the inspection. 

Repack

We also repack our products to meet the local requirements. In case the local market needs specific labels, we will handle it. When we have to ship the products by air, we will take care that the dangerous goods are packed according to the strict IATA regulations.
